Shipping.
Orders are prepared by Republic Leather Company and completed through secure Shopify checkout, where available delivery methods and costs are shown before payment.
Order processing
Most Lite and Pro harnesses are made to order and require 3–5 business days of production before shipment. Specialized, custom or temporarily unavailable items may require additional time; any longer estimate will be shown on the product page or communicated before fulfillment.
Rates and delivery estimates
Available destinations, shipping services, costs and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout using the delivery address and order contents. Delivery estimates begin after production and are not guaranteed by Republic Leather Company.
Tracking and address changes
Tracking is emailed when an order ships. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Once a carrier has accepted a package, address changes and delivery timing may be outside our control.
Shipping problems
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and photos of the item and packaging. For a package marked delivered but not received, check the delivery area and contact the carrier before asking us to investigate.
Returns
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Review the full return policy and contact us for authorization before shipping anything back.
