Agreement to these terms

By accessing this website, placing an order or using our products, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

Business identity

This website is operated by Republic Leather Company, Inc., located at 3290 Victor Street, Santa Clara, California 95054. Republic Leather Company acquired the RL Handcrafts business and continues to sell and support eligible products from that catalog.

Products, pricing and orders

We work to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Full-grain leather naturally varies in color, grain and markings. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities or cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has entered fulfillment.

Checkout and payment

Cart, checkout, payment, customer-account and order services are provided through Shopify and participating payment providers. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Our Shipping Policy and Warranty & Returns Policy are incorporated into these terms. Custom-made or personalized products may be final sale as described in the return policy.

Safe product use

Camera harnesses and accessories must be inspected, installed and used carefully, according to their intended purpose and within their rated configuration. Stop using any item that shows damaged hardware, cut leather, loose stitching or unsafe movement. You are responsible for securing and monitoring your equipment.

Ownership

The website, product designs, text, photography, graphics, logos and trademarks are owned by Republic Leather Company or their respective licensors and may not be copied, modified, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Republic Leather Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from website access or product use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate state or federal court located in California, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
